Dr. Bradley is a distinguished physician trained in Internal Medicine and Functional Medicine. Formerly serving as the Medical Director of the esteemed Cleveland Clinic Center for Functional Medicine, Dr. Bradley led groundbreaking research along side Dr. Mark Hyman, that revolutionized the approach to patient care.

We specialize in advanced functional medicine with emphasis on functional medicine testing, diagnosis and comprehensive treatment of complex medical conditions, health and longevity. Conditions we focus on include gastrointestinal conditions, hormonal health, autoimmune disorders, neurodegenerative conditions, Cardiovascular health concerns, nutrition, weight management, genetics and environmental toxicants such as mold exposure and heavy metals.
My journey into whole health, nutrition and functional medicine started 30 years ago after a life time of personal and physical challenges. In my 20’s I completed my degree in nutrition at Cornell University and my desire to care for the whole person and nutrition lead me to continue training at Tufts University Friedman School of Nutrition and medicine at Dartmouth Medical School. I love caring for my patients and continue to incorporate my nutrition background and medicine into every patient experience. My personal challenge occurred in my 40’s, when I was diagnosed with a life threatening cancer, bile duct adenocarcinoma. This could have been a different outcome if I had not already incorporated nutrition with whole foods, organic lifestyle, exercise, mind body medicine and relationships with family and friends. I can say at this time, I am a survivor. My medical experience as a physician personally led me to functional medicine. I am here to help you in your journey and I truly believe in our ability to heal ourselves with the right nutrition, lifestyle and medical approach you need. We offer advanced functional medicine assessment, diagnosis and treatment plans for chronic disease management, autoimmune, gastrointestinal, metabolic, nutritional and environmental toxicants.

Initial Basic New Patient Appointment:
60 minutes 1:1 virtual
Pre-appointment review of all medical records, tests, and questionnaires
Assessment, testing, diagnosis and treatment plan.
COST: $590.00
Initial Comprehensive, Complex New Patient Appointment:( Chronic Lyme Disease, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Neurodegenerative Conditions)
75-90 Minutes 1:1 virtual
Pre-appointment review of all medical records, tests, and questionnaires.
Assessment, testing, diagnosis and treatment plan.
COST: $750.00
We do not bill insurance or Medicare. ( We will create a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company)
We accept HSA
for billing and supplements.

Established Patient Appointment:
45 minutes 1:1 virtually
Review of all test results, update treatment plan
COST : $239/45 minutes
Cash based, HSA accepted.

Membership:
3 -Month Membership, consecutive months, and will only be canceled or terminated by the patient, or the request of the patient, after the minimum time has passed.
COST: $200/ 45 minutes/ month for a minimum of 3 months. Recommended for patients who are established patients and have advanced testing completed and/or have multiple medical conditions. In depth review of all advanced laboratory tests, review of detailed recommendations for lifestyle modifications ( dietary, sleep, stress and exercise habits). Also includes adjustments of supplements, pharmaceutical medications and renewal of medications.
Yearly Membership, recommended for new patients and includes a yearly annual 60 minute visit, 10 follow up visits, unlimited patient portal emails, same day appointments, 20 % discount on all supplements.
COST: $2,400.00/ annually
